1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3.3 Capacity to Contract

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.4 KYC Verification

ein786 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to granting access to full platform features. KYC documentation typically includes:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of JazzCash/EasyPaisa account, bank statement for HBL/UBL/Meezan)
• Selfie with identification document, if requested

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods & Currency

All Account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. Deposits are credited to your Account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with these Terms. ein786 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.2 Bet Settlement

6.4 System Errors & Platform Malfunctions

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before completion of wagering requirements are forfeited.
• Only Wagers placed using eligible games and bet types count toward wagering requirements. Certain games — such as live casino tables and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all.
• Multiple or linked accounts exploiting bonus structures, match-betting using bonus funds, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in Account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players or external parties to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games

• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or using the Platform to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge and consent

• Engaging in any form of systematic arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing errors across markets
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing your Account credentials to any third party

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ein786 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, databases, text, graphics, odds data, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of ein786 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of ein786. This licence terminates immediately upon Account closure or any breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ein786 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

Pending the processing of your closure request, all remaining real-money Account balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions.

12.2 Closure by ein786

ein786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Account remaining inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 24 months

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is classified as dormant if no login or transaction activity is recorded for a period of 24 consecutive months. ein786 will attempt to contact dormant Account holders via registered email prior to applying any inactivity fees or closing the Account. Players with dormant Accounts who wish to reactivate them should contact support to complete a reactivation request.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ein786 holds its gaming licence. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Platform's licensing authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ein786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, ein786 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the Account email address registered on the Platform with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the ein786 Platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
